Feeling Loved

When my Mom left to fly back to her home in UT today – the house was silent. I had time to contemplate and review my Birthday Week. I then got so emotional, and overwhelmed with feeling loved. This truly is a monumental birthday for me – and one that I will remember always. This is the first birthday in awhile where everyone called/emailed me to wish me a ‘Happy Birthday’. I couldn’t have asked for a more precious gift than for someone to let me know they’re thinking of me. My heart is still toasty warm at the thought that everyone was thinking of me on my special day.

Yesterday was awesome. It was a layed back day, just chill’n (my fav. kind of day). We then went out for Sushi (SO GOOD!) and came back home for Chocolate Cake & Ice Cream. My Mom got me a HUGE chocolate cake. Clark had to get the ‘big knife’ out to cut this one. It was delicious! We then watched an episode of 24 & The Bachelorette. A perfect end, to a perfect week. Thank you Clark! Thank you Mom! This week would not have been the same without your love and precious spirit
Mom, thank you again for coming out! We miss you already!
Also, a BIG ‘thank you’ to all our Ward Members who gave my Mom such a warm welcome at Church on Sunday. It really made my Mom feel good – she LOVED all of you! ♥
