Saturday Snake

9 May

I just got back from a Ward Baby Shower over at my friend Claire’s house, and as everyone was gathering to leave a lady came rushing back into the house saying “SNAKE, SNAKE, SNAKE!” We all gathered together and migrated out to see what she had gone crazy about, and sure enough – a HUGE snake (she wasn’t kidding) was slithering across the driveway.. AWESOME!

It’s exciting events like this that make life worth living. Seriously! When everything just is normal, safe and predictable – life get’s boring. But when a HUGE snake slithers past your path – WOW!  Now, that’s cool. :)

Cool! I just shared this with Rebecca and now she’s very mad at me that we left early to get Katie to bed. She thinks “we should have left Katie with a babysitter so we could have stayed there longer.”

    Hi Rebecca,
I noticed today that you are following my blog, so I had to come check yours out. Very cute!
How did you run across my blog? (Have I met you before?…I’m sorry…I don’t recognize you if we have met!)

Funny Emily! Your little Becca is so fun, she would have loved this. All the other kids were just going nuts dancing around it. :)
